Fifty years ago, Alvah “Buddy” Barron III began his journey in the steel fabrication industry. He learned from his father, Alvah “Al” Barron Jr. who was a leading pioneer in the field and began welding at the age of 15 in his father’s shop. Buddy went on to work in sales at two major fastener manufacturers and distributors in Alabama, and then started his own company, Barron Company, in 2008 which he successfully sold in 2016. Despite his many successes, Buddy always dreamed of working with his son, Alvah “Beau” Barron IV, and this dream became a reality when they founded Barron Distribution Partners, LLC.
With Buddy’s extensive knowledge and experience in steel fabrication, fasteners, and machine work, and Beau’s business acumen, the pair is excited to offer a best-in-class experience to their customers. They are committed to providing high quality products at competitive prices, as well as excellent customer service. The creation of Barron Distribution Partners, LLC marks the continuation of a legacy that began over 50 years ago, and Buddy and Beau are thrilled to carry this legacy on for generations to come.
